Donald J. Muscolino, President & CEO
Don has a 40-year background with financial services corporations. His prior experience includes positions as President of M2 Direct and Aberdeen Marketing; Executive Vice President & COO of First Image, a First Financial Management Company; Senior Vice President of National Data Corporation; Vice President of Recognition Equipment, Inc., and Regional Director of Burroughs/Unisys Corporation.
Andy Callen, Executive Vice President
Andy is responsible for strategic direction, corporate development, and new sales. He has over 17 years of retail banking, database marketing and agency services experience and has held senior marketing strategy positions at three super-regional retail banks, including First Chicago, ABN AMRO, and National City Corporation. He has also worked with over 30 of the nation’s top 50 banks providing consulting, technology and database marketing and agency services while holding executive roles at Harland, Market Line Associates, and Acxiom.
Douglas W. Prutzman, Executive Vice President
With over 25 years in retail banking and direct response marketing, Doug’s areas of expertise include acquisition/retention strategies and tactics covering consumer portfolios in home equity, retail lending, small business, and consumer core deposits. Prior to joining CG2, he served as Group Executive and Retail Marketing Director for Independence Bancorp.
Barbara A. Collopy, Senior Vice President, Account Executive/Production Services
With over 17 years of experience in direct mail/print production, Barbara is responsible for all print, personalization and lettershop quoting and purchasing. She also manages all phases of our clients’ campaigns, from creative strategy through billing. Prior to joining CG2, Barbara managed a production services team for Spectra Graphics.
Avril Castagnetta, Senior Vice President
Avril is responsible for strategy and client management. With more than 15 years of credit product management and marketing experience while working at MBNA, Wachovia, Citibank and Regions Financial (formerly Amsouth), Avril has proven success in developing and implementing acquisition and portfolio management strategies. She has extensive experience managing all aspects of multi-million dollar direct marketing initiatives including: strategy, test design, creative, delivery, and program measurement.
Celia Swallow, Senior Vice President/Creative Services
Celia has over 20 years of experience in graphic design, communications, client development, management, and fulfillment. She is responsible for developing creative concepts for the communication and execution of client product strategies. Celia previously served as Art Director for The Dubbs Company, and held similar positions with Finance America and Chrysler First.
